I've been getting biotin injections for a few months now, and I can definitely see a difference! My hair feels thicker, my nails aren’t breaking as easily, and my skin even looks healthier. I used to struggle with brittle nails and shedding hair, but since starting the injections, I’ve noticed way less fallout and way stronger nails.
