About 13-14 years ago I used under the tongue HCG with no vitamin B. Even though this requires an injection (it's really not hard to do), I would choose this over under the tongue HCG. I haven't felt hungry and the vitamin B helps with my energy level. So far I've lost 30lbs and counting. (Posted on 3/23/2020)
