Compounded GLP1 is a once-weekly injection, personalized with either NAD, B6, Glycine, or B12, depending on the patient's needs. This compounded medication may help support weight management goals when used as part of a comprehensive program under medical provider supervision. It is specifically formulated for patients who do not tolerate the standard formulation or for those who need a customized treatment approach. All medications come from licensed USA partner pharmacies and are compounded in compliance with section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. They are dispensed by our partner pharmacies solely pursuant to a valid patient-specific prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. This is a compounded medication that is not FDA-approved
The addition of NAD, B6, B12, Glycine or other additives may be compounded at the discretion of the prescribing healthcare provider based on individual patient needs. The safety and efficacy of these combinations have not been established by the FDA. They are compounded exclusively to meet the clinical needs of patients when commercially available alternatives are not appropriate for the individual.

Administration and Frequency
- Subcutaneous (SQ) Injection

- A Step-Up Dosing Schedule is followed
Dosing schedules are determined by your healthcare provider based on individual response and tolerance. The schedules shown are examples only and may differ from your prescribed regimen.
Standard Compounded Sema - Step Up Dosing Schedule:
Weeks 1-4: inject 0.25mg once a week
Weeks 5-8: inject 0.5mg once a week
Weeks 9-12: inject 1mg once a week
Weeks 13-16: inject 1.7mg once a week
Weeks 17-20 and after: inject 2.4mg once a week - Maintenance Dose
Compounded Sema Max and Ultra Sema Max 10 Week Programs
Our ten-week Compounded GLP-1 injection program is combined with NAD, B6, B12, Glycine, or other additives depending on the patient's personalization needs. This program has additional criteria for approval based on a comprehensive medical review and patient qualifications. The accelerated dosing differs from FDA-approved protocols and should be followed only under close medical supervision. It will not be appropriate for all patients.
Compounded Sema Max Step Up Accelerated Dosing Schedule:
Week 1: Inject 0.5mg once a week
Week 2: Inject 1mg once a week
Week 3: Inject 1.5mg once a week
Week 4: Inject 2mg once a week
Week 5-10: Inject 2.4mg once a week - Maintenance Dose
If you desire further weight loss after the Sema Max program is complete, purchase Step 4 as a maintenance regimen.

Sema has been a game-changer for me. My appetite has decreased and after eating a small amount I feel full. As an added and very significant bonus, my craving for wine has almost disappeared. Wine used to be my downfall when trying to lose weight because after a stressful day, I wanted a glass or two of wine to relax. And after a glass or two of wine, I ate more. When I first started sema, I had severe heartburn after eating for the first 2-3 weeks. This subsided once I figured out how much to eat and also to eat earlier in the day. Ever since I have had no issues. I have been on sema for approximately 3 months and have lost 25 pounds without much effort. Losing weight hasn't been a struggle with sema. I'm not hungry, tired, or irritable which was always par for the course for other diets. Highly recommend sema if you can power through the side effects of the first few weeks. With a low calorie diet and exercise, this boosted my weight loss drastically. I was averaging a loss 1.25 lbs a week on my own. Admittedly, my exercise plan was ambitious and I wasn’t able to maintain it easily. Since starting the injections, I’ve been able to average 3.5 lbs loss per week. Lots of exercise is key, but I’ve had weeks where I couldn’t exercise more than a 30 min walk per day and still lost 2lbs.How Many Stars Do You Rate This Item?
If you follow the meal guidelines and adjust your calories for your goals… Sema definitely helps push things to the next level.
