The pills helped with the appetite and the energy but when yoga, walking, weights and a good diet were added in OMG. I have gone from 235 lbs to 178 lbs. I have gone from an 18 pant size to size 8. The energy, vitality and general healthier life style is amazing. In all honesty going back to healthier eating has been easy with slim down and a goal in mind.
