Product Description
Ultra Lipotropic Injections with Vitamin C Immune Boost
This formula builds on a standard lipotropic blend by adding Vitamin C and several B vitamins to the mix. Methionine, inositol, and choline make up the lipotropic base. These three compounds occur naturally in the body and are involved in normal liver metabolic processes. Layered on top of that are B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 (as 5-MTHF), and B12, along with L-carnitine and Vitamin C.
Each of these plays a documented role in the body. The B vitamins are involved in normal energy metabolism and neurological function. Vitamin C functions as an antioxidant and plays a role in normal immune function. L-carnitine is involved in fatty acid metabolism at the cellular level.
This particular formulation also contains lidocaine, which is included to help with comfort at the injection site. If you have a known sensitivity to lidocaine or other local anesthetics, that's worth flagging with your provider before starting.
This formula contains multiple active ingredients that aren't found together in any single commercial product. The presence of these added ingredients doesn't imply enhanced effectiveness or different clinical outcomes compared to individual components taken separately.

Contraindications:
This formula may not be appropriate for people who:
– Have a known hypersensitivity or allergy to lidocaine or other local anesthetics
– Have a known hypersensitivity to any of the individual ingredients (methionine, choline, B vitamins, Vitamin C, or L-carnitine)
– Have significant liver disease, particularly a history of hepatic encephalopathy because methionine can worsen this in patients with reduced liver function
– Have kidney stones or a history of oxalate-related kidney issues because high-dose Vitamin C carries some oxalate-related risk
– Have G6PD deficiency because high-dose Vitamin C has been linked to hemolysis in people with this condition
– Are pregnant or breastfeeding because safety hasn't been established for this specific compound combination
Warnings and Precautions:
Lidocaine sensitivity is worth discussing directly with your provider if you have any history of reaction to local anesthetics, whether from dental work, minor procedures, or prior injections.
Methionine is processed through the liver and converted in part to homocysteine. If you have a personal or family history of clotting disorders or elevated homocysteine, mention this before starting.
High-dose B12 can mask the blood-related signs of folate deficiency, so if that's a concern, it's worth having levels checked.
Vitamin C in higher doses carries some interaction potential with kidney function and iron absorption. People with hemochromatosis or kidney disease should raise this with their provider.
Tell your provider about every medication, supplement, and health condition, not just the ones that seem obviously relevant.
Potential Side Effects:
Reported side effects can include:
– Pain, redness, or bruising at the injection site
– Nausea or general stomach discomfort
– Headache
– Dizziness
– A fishy body odor in some people, related to choline metabolism
– Allergic reaction, including to the lidocaine component.
If you notice hives, swelling of the face or throat, or trouble breathing, that's an emergency, seek care right away. For anything else unusual, reach out to your prescribing provider.
