At 49 (woman, 5’3”) my metabolism does not keep up with my body image anymore. I still do the hard work (70% weights and 30%cardio) but the Ulta Lipo has helped me keep the pesky belly weight off. After three months of use twice weekly with my usual nutrient dense diet and exercise routine, I have stayed below 118# consistently for the last two months. Truly a phenomenal product.
