If you take magnesium and zinc and calcium with the injection your immune system will be great if you just do the injections you will definitely see a different and leaner muscles but I have kidney disease I did not know vitamin c is not good for kidney disease. If you do not have kidney disease this is a great product for anybody other than people with that disease. It is thick it is vitamin c I would call and talk to a doctor if you want to use it visa iv.
