I have been taking this product and the B-12 is amazing helps me to not feel tired and keep up. I'm 51 and at my age I need all the help I can get I also have Thyroid issues so my levels even with medication makes my energy level go up and down. This helps me level out and not feel so exhausted by the end of the day. Worth the money.
