My nutritionist did tests that showed I was very low in B12 and told me that methylcobalamin was the best form. I've tried taking sublingual before but didn't notice a difference. Injections are brilliant - my body responds very well with loads more energy. Well worth the investment. hCG have great service and delivery was quick.
